An Adventurous Day in Jaisalmer: A Day to Remember

 

As I don't have any recent photo of us here is me and raghav from two years back.

Today was one of the most thrilling days of my vacation, and it all started at exactly 3 PM.

The day began with excitement and anticipation, as I had been waiting for this moment all day. After a refreshing bath, I quickly made my way to the store to buy an air conditioner for our house. A few errands later, I was back home by 2 PM, charging my camera in preparation for the adventure that lay ahead.

At 3 PM sharp, I headed out to pick up Raghav. The plan? A fun shoot at the iconic Jaisalmer Fort with my friends, Sohaib and Sanjay. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy as we explored the fort, capturing shots from different angles, experimenting with various dialogues, and even donning the traditional Marwari turban for some added flair. We spent nearly three hours shooting content, and every minute of it was pure fun.

By 6 PM, Raghav and I decided to head out to Sam Dunes. We arrived at the desert, cracked open two beers each, and smoked a whole box of Marlboro Advanced cigarettes. Sitting under the vast desert sky, we reminisced about our wild college days and talked about the ups and downs of the financial markets. It felt like the world slowed down for a while, and we were lost in the moment, sharing stories of past shenanigans.

But our day wasn't done yet. On our way back, an unexpected twist turned the adventure into something more intense. My Royal Enfield Classic’s tire collided with a jeep tire—thankfully, no serious damage was done. The only casualty was a bent mudguard on my front tire, but we laughed it off and continued our journey back to Jaisalmer, grateful that things weren’t worse.

After the excitement of the ride, we arrived back in the city, where I stopped by Kiki Zone Café. There, I had an interesting conversation about our next shoot—the village tour with Saddam Bhai. Tomorrow, I’ll be heading to Hamira Dor for that, and I can’t wait for the next chapter of this adventure.

All in all, today was one of the most exciting days of my vacation at home. From the shoot at Jaisalmer Fort to the desert beers and unexpected bike drama, it was a day full of thrills, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
